- Quaintance
- A contact manager with Web 2.0 features and ideas above its station. You can add freeform tags to contacts, get RSS feeds of recently viewed contacts, and import hCards directly from the web. Maybe it'll move asymptotically towards a decentralized social networking system. Added May 2007.
- Upcoming.org library for Ruby
- A Ruby library for interacting with the events database at Upcoming.org. Originally by Derek Greentree @ Leftwise, I've been keeping it up to date with the changes in the Upcoming.org API. I use it to build ShowComber.
- ShowComber
- A website that tells you when performers you like (be they bands, comedians, writers, or whatever) are coming to town. You tell it where you are, and what you want to see, and it lets you know about things that are coming to town by searching through the database at upcoming.org.
- NextBART
- An application for looking up BART schedules on your cellphone (doesn't work anymore, but you can still download it)
- CyberDAN
- CyberDAN is a chatbot I wrote five--no, wait. Seven. Seven years ago. Wow. CyberDAN is old enough to know the difference between good and evil. But you wouldn't know it by talking to him. He's written in Perl and logs his conversations, just so you know.
- Bricks Without Clay Wordpress theme
- The theme I use for this site.
- Website Portfolio
- I've designed enough sites that I feel like I can label the collection a "portfolio" even though I never intended to build such a thing and do not ever plan on designing sites professionally.
